What You’ll Do:

Design across a wide range of formats: brand identities, pitch decks, websites, social media, and event collateral

Support client work in industries like tech, SaaS, B2B, lifestyle, and local businesses

Translate strategy and messaging into polished visual systems

Collaborate with writers, strategists, and producers to bring creative concepts to life

Create assets that work across channels—digital, print, and experiential
You’re Great At:

Typography, layout, color, and brand systems

Designing in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (like Google Slides or Keynote)

Working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced studio setting

Adapting visual styles to suit different brands and client goals

Thinking creatively, taking feedback, and pushing ideas further
Nice-to-Haves:

Client-Facing | Strategy-Driven | Remote-Friendly
We're looking for a sharp, relationship-savvy Engagement Manager to be the connective tissue between our team and our clients—someone who thrives on collaboration, clarity, and making things happen.
What You’ll Do:

Own day-to-day client communication across multiple accounts, serving as the strategic point of contact

Lead project timelines, deliverables, and expectations—ensuring our work is always moving forward and aligned to client goals

Translate client objectives into actionable plans across brand, marketing, and experiential scopes
-
Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and specialists to deliver high-impact work on time and on brand

Proactively identify growth opportunities, solve blockers, and maintain client trust through transparency and excellence

Guide campaign rollouts, brand launches, content plans, and go-to-market activations
You’re Great At:

Managing complex projects with moving parts, people, and priorities

Communicating clearly, confidently, and with a touch of personality

Building strong relationships rooted in trust, performance, and partnership

Understanding both creative and strategic workflows—brand, content, web, campaign, and beyond
-
Balancing client needs with creative integrity and operational excellence
You Have:

3–6 years of client services, account/project management, or brand/marketing experience (agency or fast-paced consultancy preferred)

Familiarity with startup and/or B2B environments, and the agility that comes with them
-
A knack for turning ambiguity into clarity—and pressure into momentum
-
Bonus: experience managing creative teams, freelancers, or cross-functional partners
